Material
In manufacturing wicket gates we use stainless steel, in some cases also steel, ductile iron or cast steel. It is possible to use both our own or Client's material. We ensure the highest quality materials, compliant with technical standards.

Design
We design production technology with the use of Siemens NX CAM software. Our engineers can also ensure assistance at the stage of designing wicket gates. Using FARO devices we can make models with the use of reverse engineering.

CNC processing
In our production plant we have modern multitasking OKUMA 5-axis machines. Due to wide range of functions – machine equipped with both lathe chuck and a milling spindle, OKUMA CNC machines provide the best possible production technology of wicket gates.

Quality check
Each product made by us has a complete quality production report. Quality control is provided by NDT testing, visual control and 3D dimensional checking – using FARO measuring arm. To conduct surface controls we use roughness and hardness testers. We can also carry out 3D scanning for our clients.

Ready-made product
Our products are properly packed and secured for transport. We use insured professional services of shipping companies with the tracking option.

Technology and tools

We use modern solutions available on the market, which guarantee high quality.

OKUMA MULTUS U 3000A horizontal Okuma machining center enables both turning and milling. Due to the 5-axis machining it is possible to produce products of the highest quality.
SIEMENS NXWe apply a verified technology which has existed in industry for almost 30 years. NX CAM has a rich set of unique functionalities which enable rendering services of the highest quality.
FARO Quantum FaroArmWe use FaroArm and Scan Arm for dimensional analysis, quality control during production and when the product is finished. We also use the reverse engineering processes.
MAHR MASRF PS10The professional roughness tester which is used in quality control process for already made products.
OLYMPUS EPOCH 650Epoch 650 flaw detection device is used for ultrasound tests. Due to its function we test dynamic curves DAC/TCG, we use the discontinuity dimensioning and testing joints technique.
ISH-PHAPHA Leeba hardness tester enables a mobile control of hardness both of materials supplied to processing as well as ready products.
